1. Raffle Promotion Overview
The Provider is offering a promotional raffle for a vehicle wrap service. Participants receive one
entry at no cost, and multiple entries can be purchased for $100 each, for a chance to receive a wrap applied to one vehicle body panel of the winner’s choice. The wrap will remain in place for one (1) month only.
2. Eligibility and Ticket Purchases
· The customer may purchase multiple raffle entries before the raffle drawing date.
· Once a customer has been selected as a raffle winner, either in a single or multiple drawings, they become ineligible for future raffle entries.
· The raffle drawing date will be communicated via email to the email address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase.
· Raffle purchases are non-refundable, even if the Customer is not selected as a winner.
3. Raffle Winner Terms
If selected as a winner:
· Customer must confirm vehicle’s location for wrap to be located within 10 days of notice.
· The customer may choose any single exterior body panel (e.g., hood, door, bumper) to have wrapped.
· The wrap will be applied by the Provider and must remain on the vehicle for a duration of
one (1) month, after which the Provider may remove it.
4. Wrap Terms and Conditions
· The wrap design is subject to Provider approval and may not contain offensive, illegal, or trademark-infringing content.
· Wraps are for promotional display only and may include co-branding or sponsorships, if applicable.
· Any tampering, removal, or damage during the display period may result in forfeiture of future eligibility and possible legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
Provider is not liable for:
· Any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.
· Lost opportunity due to non-selection in the raffle.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for raffle entry.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the Provider is located, unless
otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in the Customer’s state.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties relating to the raffle promotion and vehicle wrapping services.
Acknowledgment
The Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement and the conditions of the raffle.
